anywAiR® Zoneconnex Wi-Fi Zone Controller – UTY-ZCAW1
The anywAiR Zoneconnex is a Wi-Fi enabled zone controller designed for compatible General AIRSTAGE ducted air-conditioning systems. It provides central control of the air conditioner and up to 10 zones through the supplied 7-inch TouchPoint LCD or the anywAiR Zoneconnex mobile app.
Each zone can be switched on or off and adjusted from 0–100% airflow in precise 5% increments. Installers can also set minimum and maximum damper positions, group multiple dampers under one zone and configure up to three relief zones.

Optional Wireless Room Sensors
The optional TS-ZC1 DROPLET sensor measures room temperature and humidity using wireless LoRa communication, with no wall cabling required.
Up to 10 sensors can connect to each Zoneconnex system. Sensors may be assigned to individual zones for temperature and humidity display, left unassigned for general monitoring or selected as the system’s primary temperature-sensing point. Multiple sensors assigned to the same zone provide an averaged reading.
Please note that DROPLET sensors provide temperature and humidity sensing only. They do not automatically modulate zone airflow based on room temperature.
